The Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group (SWG) in South-Eastern Europe within the SWG project: “Regional cooperation and networking in the field of agriculture, rural and economic development of cross-border areas” funded by the EU will support presentation of traditional products from the cross -border regions of “Drina-Tara”, “Drina-Sava” and “Krsh” at the 13th Fair of Ethno Food and Beverage which will be held in a period from 21 till 24 November, 2018 in Belgrade, Serbia.
The aim of this presentation is to support small-scale producers, joint presentation, cooperation with other value chain actors to enhance visibility and knowledge of local producers from the cross -border regions “Drina –Tara”, “Drina –Sava” and “Krsh”. Through exhibition this Fair will demonstrate how food and traditions can be drivers of economic development.
Eleven producers of dairy products, dry meat products, juices, marmalade, jam, honey, medicinal herbs, organic flower, wine and other products made from fruits and vegetables from the cross -border regions of “Drina-Tara”, “Drina-Sava” and “Krsh” from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro will present
themselves at the SWG branded stand, Fair Hall 3: Agricultural household “Gacica magaza“ (Bogatic, Serbia), Agricultural household Budimirovic (village Glusci, Sabac, Serbia), Agricultural household Doskovic (village Zvijezd, Prijepolje, SER), Dairy facility “Nasa Kravica” (village Kriva reka, Cajetina, SER), Meat industry Kosanovic doo (village Martinci, Sremska Mitrovica, SER), Company “Prirodno” (village Ljeljenci, Bijeljina, B&H), COD “Luna” (Rudo, B&H), Herzeg house (Trebinje, B&H), Agricultural household Zeljko Macanovic (village Glibici, Pljevlja, MNE), Agricultural household Laketic (village Kosanica, Pljevlja, MNE), Winery Dabovic (Niksic, MNE).
On Friday 23 November in a period from 14:00-15:00 p.m. will be organized press conference at the Hall 3, conference room for presentation of results of SWG project: “Regional cooperation and networking in the field of agriculture, rural and economic development of cross-border areas” financially supported by the EU.
